Schedule
The Schedule page is your calendar. Every post you've scheduled for a specific date and time lives here, waiting for its moment.

How posts get here
Schedule a post from Compose: pick Schedule mode, choose a date and time in the future, and publish. The post appears on the calendar as a tile — a thumbnail for photos and videos, or a small platform-colored tile for text-only LinkedIn and X posts. When the time arrives, Octopost posts it for you.
Three views
Switch between Month (the big picture), Week (your next few days hour by hour), and Day (one day in detail). In week and day views a red line marks the current time, and the view scrolls to “now” when you open it — so you always land where the action is.
Edit a scheduled post
- 1
Click the post
Click any tile on the calendar to open it. - 2
Make your changes
Edit the caption, hashtags, or the scheduled time — whatever needs adjusting. - 3
Save — or delete
Save your changes, or delete the post to cancel it entirely. Nothing goes out until its scheduled time, so you can tweak freely until then.
What the statuses mean
Each post shows its status: pending (waiting for its time), posted (published successfully), or failed (something went wrong). A failed post is usually a connection issue — visit Connecting Accounts, hit Reconnect on the affected platform, and schedule the post again.
